Beyond the ordinary

Most electrical issues start small and don’t get noticed until something fails. The plan includes a full electrical safety inspection—panel, outlets, breakers, smoke and carbon monoxide coverage—that normally costs $249.

The 6-month plan is $259, which basically covers the inspection and gives you priority scheduling and a 5% labor discount.

Most homeowners choose the 12-month plan for $329 because it adds an annual re-check, priority emergency scheduling, and a 10% labor discount.

There’s no obligation to do repairs—we just document what we find so you can decide.
